We are scheduled for Saturday May 24th starting at 9am at the Grand Forks bottle depot. Last year we were wrapping up by lunchtime, but as always more hands make lighter work. Please email lauren.thomas@sd51.bc.ca if you and your student are able to volunteer on Saturday. We also need trucks and trailers to meet at the school at 8;30am to help transport all the collected bags to the depot.
Once we gauge participation in this fundraiser I’ll be able to see if moving forward with a save on hot dog sale the next weekend is worth it. If anyone with their Food Safe is available to help please let me know.
